Before payment
An unpaid order can be cancelled at any time by contacting the academy, and its workshop seat becomes available to others.
After payment
- There is no cancel button in your account; contact the academy from the order page (WhatsApp or email).
- Workshops: a full refund if you cancel 7 days or more before the workshop starts, half the amount if you cancel at least 48 hours before it starts, and no refund after that or once it has started.
- Recorded courses: a full refund as long as you have watched no more than 20% of the course lessons, and no refund after that.
- The amount is refunded by the same payment method or another agreed one, within 14 days of the refund being approved.
- After a refund your access to the workshop or course is closed, and an issued certificate may be revoked.
- A discount code you used comes back to you only with a full refund.
If the academy cancels a workshop
We refund the full amount, or move you to another date if you agree.
