Acceptance
By using the ExCraft Academy site or app, or creating an account, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy.
Your account
- One account per person, with accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
- You can use your account on up to two devices and remove any device from your account.
- The academy may suspend an account that is misused or shares content.
Orders and payment
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include the tax shown in the cart.
- An order holds your workshop seat until the payment is confirmed or the order is cancelled.
- Payment is manual using one of the methods shown on the order page. You then upload the receipt photo and the team confirms the payment within 24 hours.
- Once confirmed, the content opens automatically and you receive a payment receipt.
Using the content
- The content is for personal viewing inside your account only. Downloading, recording, screenshotting, sharing or republishing it is not allowed.
- Meeting links and materials are yours only and must not be shared.
- Videos and files carry a watermark with your name.
Workshops and certificates
- Session times may change; we will tell you about any change.
- A workshop certificate is issued for attending at least 75% of the sessions, and a course certificate after completing all lessons and passing the quizzes.
- The academy may revoke a certificate issued by mistake or after a refund.
Cancellation and refunds
Handled by the academy only, under the refund policy.
Reviews
Reviews are checked before publishing, and the academy may decline anything inappropriate.
Intellectual property
All content and trademarks belong to ExCraft Academy or their owners and may not be used without written permission.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Last updated: October 8, 2026.
