Who we are
ExCraft Export Academy (the excraft.co website and the ExCraft mobile app) is part of ExCraft, 49A El-Moltaqa El-Araby District, Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt. For any question about your data, email us at info@excraft.co.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, mobile, country, gender and your password (stored encrypted; nobody can read it).
- Order details: what you bought, the payment receipt photos or files you upload and transfer references.
- Usage data: the devices you sign in from (device name and model), sign-in history and IP address, your progress in lessons and quizzes, and your session attendance.
- Reviews you write on workshops and courses, checked before publishing.
- Contact messages you send us from the site.
- Mobile notifications: if you allow notifications in the app, we keep your device's notification token (from Google Firebase) to send you reminders and order updates.
- Camera and photos: the app uses them only when you choose to capture a payment receipt or your profile photo, or pick it from your gallery; it does not access your other photos.
How we use it
- To open workshops and courses for you after your payment is confirmed, and to issue certificates.
- To send order and reminder emails and notifications. Offers only if you opted in, and you can turn them off from your account.
- To protect the content and accounts: the two-device limit and a watermark with your name on videos and files.
Who can see it
- Only the academy team, each member according to their permissions.
- We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising, and we use no advertising or tracking tools on the website or in the app.
- Service providers acting only on our behalf: our hosting company (data storage), Brevo (sending emails) and Google Firebase (delivering mobile notifications).
Certificate verification
The verification page shows your name, the workshop or course and the completion date only to someone who has the certificate number.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies: sign-in, language and light or dark mode. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can edit your details from your account, delete your account yourself from the app (Account → Delete account) or the website, and ask for a copy of your data or its deletion by emailing info@excraft.co. After an account is deleted, its contact details and photo are erased within 30 days; we keep order, payment and issued certificate records for as long as the law requires.
Age
Our services are meant for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data, and we delete it if we learn of it.
